It's official, the Tourist Office has just obtained the renewal of its classification for five years.
In February 2017, the Roissy “Clé de France” Tourist Office merged with the Ecouen and Luzarches Offices. Today, the new Roissy Tourist Office “Clé de France (Roissy-Ecouen-Luzarches)” sees its classification renewed in first category by the prefecture of Val d'Oise.
The decree was published by the Prefect of Val d'Oise on 1er October 2018.
What exactly does this classification in category 1 mean for the Tourist Office?
Like a star classification for a hotel, the classification of an Office into 3 categories reflects the diversity of actions and services applied in its territory, category 1 representing the highest level of certification.
This is a guarantee of quality as to the services offered in terms of reception, information, accessibility and promotion in our territory: Roissy-en-France, Ecouen and Luzarches.
It deploys a panel of technological tools and develops a promotion policy in line with the challenges of its territory and in synergy with the partner actors.
Its multilingual team deploys promotional actions on its territory with national or international scope.
The Office is also part of an approach relating to the quality of its services and the improvement of the visitor experience and its overall performance.
Finally, the classification intervenes as a criterion to erect the commune of Roissy-en-France in “ Classified Station Tourism "In 2016.
Currently theTourist and Congress Office of Enghien-les-Bains and l'L'Isle Adam, the Oise Valley and the Three Forests Tourist Office are also classified category 1 in the Val d'Oise.
Retrospective of the Tourist Office:
- 2013: 1st Tourist Office to obtain category 1 classification in Val d'Oise
- 2016: the municipality of Roissy-en-France obtains its classification " Classified Tourist Resort »
- 2017: renewal of certification AFNOR NF Service for Roissy-en-France office
- 2018: renewal of certification Qualité Tourisme for Roissy-en-France office
- 01 October 2018: the category 1 classification of the Office of Roissy-en-France now extends to the Tourist Information Offices of Ecouen and Luzarches.
