On February 6, 2020, Roissy Dev (the economic development agency of the Roissy Pays de France urban community) and SEMAVO (Departmental Mixed Economy Union for the Development of Val d'Oise), unveiled the program development of the ZAC south in Roissy-en-France.

This development program follows the signing of the agreement signed in February 2019 between the CARPF (Community of Agglomeration Roissy Pays de France) and SEMAVO.

It is part of the suite of developments already made for the development of business tourism in the town.
200 million euros are invested, and the creation of 1500 jobs is expected.

The southern part of the ZAC will be entirely dedicated to the hotel industry with 1500 new rooms: 900 rooms for the Marriott brand and an additional program for 500 to 600 rooms.
The northern part will be devoted to hotels and Premium car showrooms. 5 car dealerships are expected, as well as a STAY-CITY 4* residential hotel (265 rooms) and an EKLO hotel (152 rooms).

The start of work is scheduled for March 2020.
