From May 11, you will be able to leave your home again to do an outdoor activity (group limited to 10 people) if it is less than 100 km from your home. Good news for hikers! 100 km, it still opens a lot of possibilities to see some greenery, while respecting sanitary rules in the forest .
After 8 weeks of confinement, the desire to stretch your legs by going to discover pretty corners of nature takes you: a few kilometers by car or public transport are enough, and a thousand little paradises of the Grand Roissy territory open their treasures: preserved forests, authentic villages, to offer yourself, the time of a beautiful escape, a complete change of scenery.
Put on your walking shoes, while following the health rules, in particular a distance of 10m between each hiker, and come and discover a large corner of greenery in the Grand Roissy territory. Less than 100km from your home, the forests around Luzarches are steeped in the prayers of the monks, the hunting of the Lords, the dream of the Romantics…
Luzarches, in the heart of the Oise-Pays de France Regional Natural Park, remains easy to access from Paris. Optionally, by direct train from Gare du Nord (Luzarches is the terminus station for line H; free Navigo pass on weekends) or by car (A1, N104 and D316 motorways). From Roissy, take the express line 100, a bus every 30 minutes during peak hours with a transport time of 20 minutes for the price of a T + ticket. This charming village offers many walking paths.
