In addition to the barrier gestures that have become automatic, the aviation sector offers additional measures to reassure passengers.

Take the example of Air France, which has redesigned its offer in order to best guarantee the safety of its customers. The planes are very lightly filled in order to keep a minimum distance between people. Masks are mandatory and the air is renewed frequently. On-board sales have been suspended and the catering service redesigned to avoid contact as much as possible.

At airports, the measures have been increased. In addition to the Plexiglass windows at the counters, floor markings, hydroalcoholic gel dispensers; thermal cameras have been installed at Roissy to detect people with a body temperature above normal. The journey of the traveler has been simplified so that there is the least physical contact, even at the level of security controls (palpation reduced to a minimum and bins disinfected after each use)
