In April 2020, hotel performance fell sharply, as expected in view of the current health situation.
Indeed, the overall RevPAR fell by 88,5%. This month, only 9 hotels out of the 38 studied opened their doors.
3 * hotels have the lowest occupancy rate (2%), i.e. 82% less than in April 2019.
