As part of its Air Regional Energy Climate Plan (PCAET), the Roissy Pays de France Agglomeration Community seeks to identify sources of outdoor pollution, in order to combat emissions of atmospheric pollutants.

To do this, CARPF has set up a partnership with Geoptis, a subsidiary of La Poste Group. Geoptis equips vehicles with various means of data collection. This partnership should make it possible to measure outdoor air pollution in real time, over a year, in 10 municipalities in the territory, including Roissy-en-France.

The data collected will make it possible to draw up a map of pollutant concentrations in the territory, then to guide the Agglomeration Community in spatial planning. In addition, this will allow the CAPRF to evaluate the actions implemented in favor of air quality.
