The month of June shows an attendance of 18,1% for all the hotels in Roissy, down 75,2 points compared to June 2019, which saw the Airshow show held. The average price is € 86,5, down more than 20%, resulting in a drop in RevPAR of almost 85%.
In June, the number of hotels that reopened increased. Indeed, 23 hotels are open against 14 in May and 9 in April. The attendance recorded only by open hotels is 29,7%.
The Villepinte area is particularly affected by the drop in activity in the absence of corporate events.
At the airport, attendance was 23,1% (down 70,7 points). On the Allée du Verger, the occupancy rate is around 22%.
