The Paris-Île-de-France Regional Tourism Committee, in partnership with What a story et Wemap present a family application to discover the history of the region.
The application, in the form of a giant treasure hunt, takes us throughout the Île-de-France: Versailles, Fontainebleau, Provins, Paris etc. The Val d'Oise is well represented with courses in Auvers-sur-Oise, La Roche-Guyon and… Luzarches !
The goal is to unlock famous historical figures such as Louis XIV or Gustave Eiffel, current personalities, but also people from the “little history” such as the wheat merchant of Luzarches. The Luzarches Tourist Information Office team contributed with the CRT to enriching the content on this Luzarches route.
In all, 200 characters are to be unlocked and already 30 courses to do with the family!
The app is free and available on the Apple Store and Google Play.
