After a few months of interruption, partly due to the health crisis, work on metro line 17 resumed on November 19.

Line 17 of the Grand Paris Express has two objectives: continue development et better serve the area around Mesnil-Amelot. This new line should also make it possible to unclog the RER B.

Alain Aubry, mayor of Mesnil-Amelot and President of Roissy Dev Aerotropolis, spoke to the actu.fr website:

“This new metro line is essential to meet the needs of opening up and economic development of our territories, their development projects and the needs of access to employment and services of their inhabitants. "

Otherwise, one of the tunnel boring machines is under construction at Bonneuil-en-France (Val d'Oise).

If the work schedule is respected, line 17 should link Le Mesnil-Amelot in 2030.
