The month of November displays a attendance 19,0% for all Grand Roissy hotels, down 57,8 points compared to November 2019.
Le average price is € 70,4, a net decrease of 29,3%, resulting in a decrease in RevPAR of 82,5%.
With phase 2 of containment, some hotels have decided to close their doors. In the month of November, 32 hotels were open compared to 34 in October.
The area Villepinte is particularly affected by the decline in activity in the absence of corporate events. On theairport , attendance is 22,1% (down 59,3 points). On thealley of the Orchard, the occupancy rate is 17,1%.
