The Tabuteau triangle, named after its former owners, is what land of 7000 m² located between the roundabouts of Terroir and Dîme.

It represents one of the service points for the hotel zone on the Allée du Verger in Roissy-en-France. But it is also located in the heart of the future South Activity Zone, currently under development.

Formerly the property of the Departmental Council, it was transferred to the municipality wishing to enhance the entrance to the city, as explained by Patrick Pamart, Deputy Mayor for the Environment and Sustainable Development, in n ° 143 of Life in Roissy (p.6).

Also, as part of the Happy Vallée project, the foundation Klorane Botanical just launched the 6e competition edition Botany For Change : students in horticulture and landscape architecture will be able to offer their vision of the urban garden of the future.

The municipality of Roissy-en-France proposes to reserve 600 to 1000 m² of the Tabuteau triangle for the project of the student who will win the competition:

"This approach is particularly interesting and we are waiting to learn about the winning project which could be set up by the student himself during the spring, which could constitute a first step in the overall project to enhance this space. " Patrick Pamart, Life at Roissy n ° 143

Happy Vallée is a project that advocates the agricultural, plant and landscaping development of 1200 hectares of land on both sides of the A1, or 20 km between Roissy and Paris. The development of the Tabuteau triangle was selected by Happy Vallée two years ago to fit into this overall development plan which concerns 11 municipalities in total.
