On January 28, a press release from the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery announced the creation of aid for VSEs.

This is'a digital check of €500 intended for very small businesses that have incurred digitization expenses during the second lockdown.

This help is specifically for companies with less than 11 employees that have been banned from welcoming the public from October 30, 2020, as well as hotels and similar accommodation employing less than 11 employees.

Eligible companies must justify digitization expenses of at least 450 euros, between October 30, 2020 and March 31, 2021, with one or more supporting invoices.

In addition, the government wishes support 1 million companies in 2021 in their digitization process thanks to the recovery plan. In addition, 120 million euros from France Relance are devoted to the digitization of VSEs-SMEs.
