On a sunny morning, those responsible for Leon Grosse Real Estate (Promoter) and HPVA (the investor-operator) allowed us to discover in preview the strengths of the new hotel Holiday Inn which should therefore open its doors next september in Roissy-en-France.

This 4-star establishment built by Léon Grosse offers on the ground floor a large lobby radiating natural light reserved for welcoming guests to check in, relax and eat.

A restaurant with more than 120 seats is planned, coupled with a beautiful and large terrace facing south.

Seminar offer is not left out since 8 meeting rooms have been designed to accommodate nearly 300 guests. A specific "meeting" reception hall serves this space, an exterior access separate from the hotel entrance is provided for this purpose to facilitate the reception flow.

Meeting rooms

In total 250 rooms (large! nearly 25 m2 each) will be available. On the top floor are 40 executive rooms with a panorama of the tarmac where Air France wide-body aircraft are parked, from some rooms, facing south, you can see the… Eiffel Tower. Also on this level, the hotel has a large fitness room surrounded by bay windows and a crew lounge.

The road surface was recently fitted out by the City of Roissy-en-France and provides access to the hotel entrance which serves the outdoor and basement car parks.

For "pedestrian" travelers who wish to reach the airport, the hotelier will offer private shuttles or shared with other hotels. Note that the hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop (with a predestined name "Convention") which connects with 3 lines with frequent passages (the 32, the 27 and the 100) Roissypole CDGVAL in 5 minutes top chrono.

HPVA (which also manages the Manoir de Gressy) has started recruiting teams; initially 15 employees at the opening, which will increase to 60 jobs depending on the activity. We will come back to this news in a few weeks with the appointment of the 1er director of this establishment.
