- In June 2021, the Grand Roissy hotels have an occupancy rate of 26,1%, which remains moderate, but up 7,8 points compared to June 2020, and 4,5 points compared to May 2021. The gradual upturn in traffic allows hotels to be more crowded, but average prices are still severely impacted by the crisis, with a decline of 17,2% compared to June 2020. The evolution of the 2 indicators nevertheless allows an increase in RevPAR of 17,9%.

Super-economy hotels (1 * and 2 *) are the biggest beneficiaries of the recovery, with a gain of 26,3 occupancy points, reaching 38,8%. On the other hand, the average price is down by 15%, which is considerable in this category, but remains at the satisfactory level of € 50,5.

The 3 * and 4 * + RT 5 * hotel segments recorded similar occupancy rates: 22,9% and 21,7% respectively.

The better resilience of the 3 * hotel industry is nevertheless reflected in a stable occupancy rate compared to June 2020, and a drop in average prices limited to 7%, to reach € 66,2.

The upper segment (4 * + RT 5 *) recorded moderate growth in its occupancy rate (+5,1 points), but a drop of 13,2% in the average price, to € 84,5.

The opening rate of hotels in the Grand Roissy is 86,7% in June 2021, compared to 63,9% in June 2020, revealing the hotel dynamic and the desire for recovery.

- During the first half of 2021, the occupancy rate of Grand Roissy hotels stood at 22,6%, a decrease of 12,6 points compared to 2020, and the average price is down by 21,1 , 69,2%, to € 2020. The first half of 2021 was marked by the interruption of air traffic from mid-March, and a slow recovery after deconfinement, while the first half of XNUMX has been affected since the start of the year by a slowdown in traffic, international in particular.

- In June 2021, the situation is contrasted between the different sectors of Grand Roissy. The Airport and Villepinte / Paris Nord 2 hotels recorded a drop in occupancy rate, while those of the Allée du Verger showed a 2 point drop in occupancy.

The Villepinte / Paris Nord 2 hotels, on the other hand, recorded a very sharp drop in average prices: -31,1%, with the events market still being severely penalized. This decrease is specific to the month of June, the decrease being limited to -6,1% over the half-year.
