On the occasion of the JEP (European Heritage Days) this weekend, the Tourist Office offers you its guide of specially selected activities. This aims to show the plurality and diversity of the riches of our territory which will vibrate with you during this event.

Friday September 17 and Saturday September 18: music, heritage, dance and painting on the program

First stop on your tour, Luzarches. We are expecting many of you from Friday September 17 at 20:30 p.m. at Saint Côme et Saint Damien church. You will be able to listen to the concert of the saxophone quintet of the Republican Guard. All the details are to be found here.

The next day, meet at 10 a.m. in Écouen at the Place de l'Eglise Saint-Acceul. Indeed, the square of the church will host several old trades. You will discover the profession of sharpener-grinder, upholsterer, mattress maker, restorer of old books. Learn about basketry and bobbin lace! Likewise, you will be able to admire in the same place more than thirty beautiful old cars on display!

A few meters from the square, you can sail to other activities at the Manoir des Tourelles, where our Tourist Office is located. Thus, you will be able to enjoy a live demonstration of painters and a workshop for children “discovering Van Gogh and Picasso”. For that, go to the garden of the Manor. On the square, the day will be dancing! Between traditional peasant dances and court dances, you will travel through time.

Then, go to Roissy-en-France to follow the theatrical hike at 14, 15 or 16 p.m. To do this, we will meet you at the Cultural Center of the orangery. If you wish, a few kilometers from Le Mesnil-Amelot, you can also enjoy a guided tour of the Saint Martin church and its remarkable historic organ from 14:30 p.m. to 17 p.m. The meeting point is fixed in front of the church. Finally, meet in the evening at the same place at 19:30 p.m. to dance and sing to the rhythm of the talented choir Black Harmony Gospel Singers which offers you a unique concert.

Sunday September 19: photography, theater, treasure hunt, conferences and music for the EHDs

On Sunday September 19, we will be waiting for you in Roissy-en-France. The town awaits you at the Orangerie Cultural Center at 10 a.m. A participatory photographic walk with Anne-Lise Dehée will immerse you in the richness of our village until 11:30 am.

In the afternoon, you can discover many activities at the Maison de l'Environnement from Paris-Roissy CDG airport from 14 p.m. to 16 p.m. Likewise, you will also have the opportunity to take advantage of our dramatized hike in Mesnil-Amelot with 3 departures from the town hall at 14 p.m., 15 p.m. and 16 p.m. A guided tour of the architecture of Luzarches is also available from 15 p.m. to 17 p.m. from the Tourist Office. Finally, you can also enjoy many activities in Écouen. Why not follow the conference "The colony of painters of Écouen du XIXème siècle" at 14pm, followed by a conference on the Chappe telegraph at 16pm. You can also enjoy a treasure hunt by slipping into the shoes of an investigator by collecting clues and information from the actors. If you are with your children, why not attend the “Les 3 Brigands” tea party from 16 to 17 pm? Finally, end these EHDs with a musical touch by attending the inaugural concert of the organ of the Saint-Acceul church from 17 to 19 p.m. or a gypsy jazz concert at 16:30 p.m. on the forecourt of the Manoir des Tourelles.
