On April 4, 2022, the Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott brand opened a new dual-brand property in Roissypole ; the Residence Inn Paris Charles de Gaulle Central Airport and Courtyard Paris Charles de Gaulle Central Airport.

In February 2020, our team had already been on site during the laying of the first stone of this dual brand bringing together Courtyard and Residence Inn, two brands belonging to the Marriott International group.

A new hotel complex

This complex approximately 13 m² was designed by the architect Manuelle Gautrand, awarded with numerous national and international architectural prizes. In addition, the site currently mobilizes a hundred people.

The Courtyard Hotel is made up of 229 bedrooms and the Residence Inn hotel residence in 106 apartments, offering suites with kitchen (including 8 PMR rooms in total for the two brands). Knowing that a utility room is also self-service.

In the same building, but on two separate volumes

The two establishments will share living spaces on the ground floor:

  • The receptions of the two brands;
  • A dining room;
  • A gym;
  • A coworking space;
  • Seven seminar rooms, i.e. an event space of 212 m²;
  • A 50-space car park in the basement, including 4 electric charging stations.

An ideal location

This new complex benefits from a free shuttle service for a 7-minute trip to the terminals 1, 2 and 3 from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport. It is also just a 10-minute drive from the Villepinte convention center and Paris-Le Bourget airport.

Urban artist Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport and its surroundings have a perfect accessibility by road (A1, A3, A104…) and by public transport (plane, TGV, RER B, bus…). This will be all the more true with the arrival of the direct CDG Express rail link and line 17 of the Grand Paris Express metro.

Roissypôle

In the heart of the Roissypôle business district

Due to its surface area, Roissypôle is considered the most important airport city in the world. This district includes approximately 384 m² of offices, hotels, shops and services of all kinds. Located at heart of the Paris-Charles de Gaulle platform ; Roissypôle benefits (via the CDGVAL) of a link to all the terminals, as well as the TGV and RER stations.
