On the occasion of the official launch of the City Tour Grand Roissy Stopovers on July 4, July 9 and 10, 9 content creators came to test our operation. Back on a weekend to discover the unsuspected treasures of the territory Greater Roissy.
Saturday 9: Boarding for the Heritage Stopover
After a short presentation of the course of the weekend within our Tourist Office in Roissy-en-France, we left to enjoy a pleasant lunch. Thus, here we are on the terrace of the restaurant "The Trivia" au Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport. On the menu: foie gras with fig chutney, sea bream ceviche, chicken supreme, tuna tataki. For dessert: chocolate coulant or strawberry salad… A real delight for the taste buds!
Subsequently, our merry troop joined the flocked bus in the colors of the City Tour Grand Roissy Stopovers. Thus, our visitors were able to discover our Heritage Stopover au ARCHEA archaeological museum in Louvres. In fact, a guided tour with Jeanne awaited them. They discovered objects from nearly 40 years of excavations at 90 archaeological sites in the Pays de France. After this pleasant exploration, why not have a drink? Indeed, under a magnificent blue sky, they went to our partner's Brasserie d'Orville to enjoy a well-deserved beer. Health ! Finally, on the way back to the bus, some were exploring the Castle Park, the “green lung” of the Louvres.
18:15 p.m.: it is time to take the bus back to the hotel that hosted them during their stay: the Best Western Plus Paris Roissy – The Free Spirit. Its new concept Esprit Libre is the promise of a stay synonymous with a break from Bohemian life. Far from the usual everyday life, stress and pressure. After lounging in their rooms for a while, they went to the hotel restaurant. There, a delicious aperitif followed by a hearty meal awaited them! Once sated, it was then time to join the arms of Morpheus, before starting a new day.
Sunday 10: City Tour at Château d'Écouen or Plaine Oxygène?
For Sunday 10, our happy team had the choice between enjoying the Art of Living Stopover au Roissy International Golf, Aeroville Shopping Center, the Plaine Oxygène aquatic complexOr the Cultural Stopover au National Renaissance Museum - Château d'Écouen. So one of the couples decided to find out Plain Oxygen. The latter took advantage of the various spaces made available. Indeed, there are: Aquatic Area, Fitness Area and Well-being Area with sauna, hammam, jaccuzzi… A pure moment of relaxation!
Another part of the group made the choice to embark for ÉCOUEN. On the program: exploring the National Renaissance Museum as well as its domain grouping many plant species. Thus, after this morning between nature and heritage, our content creators were able to regain their strength. To do this, go to the semi-gastronomic Italian restaurant Il Maestro before taking the return bus and saying goodbye…
