The 2022 edition of SIAL (International Food Fair) will be held from Saturday 15 to Wednesday 19 October at Paris Nord Villepinte.

300 visitors are expected for a rich program: thousands of exhibitors and products will be presented, as well as a thematic trail “Out-of-home catering and caterers”.
Several spaces will structure the event: the kitchen area which will house the restaurant that can accommodate 150 seats. Several chefs will sign the menu : Irwin Durand, Baptiste Renouard and Pierre Lambert; as well as Rebecca Lockwood and Julien Marseault; and finally Arnaud Viel and Romain Gicquel.
The living room accommodates 19 heads who will achieve nearly 12 demonstrations around food issues. The great prizes will be given within innovation space. At last, insight space will present the 4 themes and trends for 2022: health, ethics, pleasure and digital.
