The Dutch company fastned, known for its installation of ultra-fast charging stations, inaugurated 2 new stations with 16 electric charging stations in the Vémars Est and Ouest rest areas on the A1 motorway on Monday 20 February.

Ultra-fast charging at Vémars

On the occasion of this inauguration of 32 new terminals, the Minister of Transport Clément Beaune made the trip. These are indeed the largest charging stations open to the public in France, located barely 10km north of Roissy-en-France. Thanks to these terminals, Fastned estimates that it will only take 15 minutes to recharge its electric vehicle, which will allow it to drive up to 300 km for only around twenty euros. These stations, built in 5 weeks, should be able to accommodate up to 1,000 motorists per day.
