Created in 2012 on the initiative of Francis Briest, Co-founder and President of the Artcurial auction house, accompanied by his sons and with the support of Augustin de Romanet, President of Groupe ADP, the Espace Musées opens its doors to travelers from Terminal 2E-Hall M and thus offers a cultural activity among the many duty free shops that shape the airport landscape.
10 years of exhibitions at Paris-CDG
Simply equipped with their ticket, the millions of travelers in transit in Terminal 2E of the airport Paris-Charles de Gaulle have been able to benefit from the cultural offer of the Espace Musées for 10 years now. A 270m² space which offers its visitors temporary displays so that institutions in Paris and the Ile-de-France can show part of their collection. An activity that nourishes the mind and which is very popular with the international public who roam the corridors of our French airport, fond of our culture and our art of living. The Museum is now celebrating its 10th anniversary and during this decade it has seen nearly 20 million passengers!
After exhibitions on Rodin or Picasso, the Espace Musée is pleased to host an exhibition on Jean Arp and Sophie Taeuber-Arp with a reconstruction of their house-workshop in Meudon-Clamart, which was intended to be the artistic home of great artists. and international authors.
