The CRT and the CCI recover the ball

With 10 matches scheduled at the Stade de France and base camps and villages scattered around Paris and its region, the CRT and the CCI of Paris have been keen to educate tourism professionals. So they decided to make a special edition of their magazine “ Do You Speak Tourist“, dedicated to the Rugby World Cup 2023. This initiative aims to help tourism professionals to better know the tourists, to give tips for welcoming them and to give competition information. Lots of different nationalities will be present, which means different communication styles, habits and behaviors. It is therefore necessary to adopt the right attitude towards these foreign tourists, to understand them and to be understood. This magazine also details the expectations of supporters, with portraits of certain nationalities, as well as essential information on the countries participating in the competition (team name, prize list and ranking).
