The calm without the storm!
(Re)discover the history of the forest during a meditative walk led by a meditation and sophrology coach. This exploration alternately combines breathing and relaxation movements and exercises as well as historical comments to gain serenity in the heart of an idyllic setting.

(Re)discover Écouen like you've never seen it before. Two actors tell you the history of the city and its heritage during an interactive dramatized walk rich in anecdotes. This unusual one-hour walk takes you from the castle to the Saint-Acceul church, passing by painters' houses or even the Manor.
A poetic, humorous and family journey, carried by two multi-faceted actors.
