The municipality and the festival committee organize the Nature Festival on Saturday 25 May at Maurice Droy Park, in Mesnil-Amelot. A day full of activities awaits participants, with events for all ages and tastes.
An ecological start to the day with the Run Eco 🌿
10pm to 12pm, the day begins with Run Eco, an ecological initiative aimed at collecting waste in nature. Participants will have the choice between two courses : a leisurely walk or a run. This event combines sport and environmental commitment for an immediate positive impact on our living environment.
Opening of the nature festival and exhibitors’ market 👮♂️
From 12 p.m., the Nature Festival officially opens with the exhibitor market and its various catering points. Visitors will be able to discover local products and enjoy a variety of stands run by major players in the area, including firefighters and municipal police. These professionals will be present to host the day and raise public awareness of their missions.
Activities and shows for the whole family 🦅
The day will be punctuated by numerous activities and games intended for children, but also adults. Among the highlights, a bird of prey show organized by the municipality promises to amaze young and old. This educational and spectacular demonstration will highlight the beauty and impressive capabilities of these majestic birds.
Closing concert with the group Oasis 🎵
To conclude this festive day in a friendly atmosphere, the festival committee has scheduled an exceptional concert by the Oasis orchestra (not the rock group 😀). This concert, which also marks the 10th anniversary of the Fête de la Nature, promises to be an unforgettable moment for all participants.
