Maison&Objet : What is that ?
Like fashion weeks, the world of decoration and design has its own highlight: the Maison&Objet show. For several years, this biannual meeting has brought together all the professionals in the sector. As the official website points out, " all the players in the art of living – brands, designers, artisans, home experts and visitors » meet to exchange and discover the latest trends. This show is an opportunity to discover innovations that will transform our interiors, but also to participate in conferences and debates on the future of the art of living.

Key dates for Maison&Objet in 2024
The Maison&Objet trade show offers two sessions each year. In January, the “TECH EDEN” edition unveiled the spring/summer 2024 trends, highlighting technological innovation in the art of living. The next edition, entitled "Terra Cosmos", will be held from 5 9 in September 2024. This theme will highlight the return of the Space Age, a trend inspired by the 70s, where space becomes a symbol of escape and new discoveries. This show will also be synchronized with Paris Design Week, offering a complete immersion in the new fall/winter 2024/2025 products.
Who is Maison&Objet for?
The Maison&Objet show is reserved for decoration and design professionals. It welcomes retailers, boutiques, concept stores, as well as architects, designers, restaurateurs and hoteliers. To access it, All you have to do is register as a professional and buy a badge, the price of which varies between 35 and 80 euros depending on the period of purchase. This badge is essential to participate in the event.
Where does the Maison&Objet trade fair take place?
The event is held at Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Center. Located close to Paris-Charles De Gaulle airport, it is easily accessible by car, with paid parking on site, or by public transport via the RER B, stop “Parc des Expositions”. Free shuttles are also available from the airport and Porte Maillot.
In addition, Maison&Objet also extends to the heart of Paris with “Maison&Objet in the City”, a series of events and discoveries in different locations in the capital. A way to enrich the experience by extending the immersion in the world of decoration and design.
Can we buy on site?
Even though the show allows you to discover a multitude of innovative products, Unfortunately, it is not possible to make direct purchases there. The pieces presented are only exhibited, and you will have to wait until they are on sale in stores to acquire them.
