1- Can you tell us about your career in hospitality and transport which led you to the position of Cluster Sales Manager at Grand Roissy?

My journey in hospitality and transportation allowed me to acquire solid expertise in commercial management. After starting my career as a salesperson in the transport sector, I felt the need to move towards a field that I have been passionate about for a long time: the event.

I have integrated the Hyatt Place CDG as a sales representative, where I was responsible for the entire event part. It was a real challenge, given that the hotel has 13 meeting rooms with varied abilities. I learned to manage complex projects and to meet high customer expectations.

Subsequently, I evolved to the position of Cluster Sales Manager, which allowed me to add two magnificent hotels to my portfolio: the Courtyard by Marriott & Residence Inn Paris CDG Central Airport. Today, I am responsible for sales for the MICE part of the four hotels under the Marriott and Hyatt brands. It is a great challenge offered by Cycas Hospitality which is very rewarding, because I can offer our customers a wide choice of meeting rooms, catering and accommodation options, each with its specific advantages.

This experience taught me the importance of teamwork and the richness of collaborating with all departments of a hotel, each contributing to the collective success.
