1 – Your career has led you to represent two establishments. What experiences or opportunities have allowed you to specialize in the commercial and events department?
Strong with a solid tourism training and a significant experience in the group management and in commerce, I directed for 20 years several businesses as business leader. These experiences have allowed me to acquire in-depth expertise in commercial management, combining commercial skills and the ability to develop tailor-made solutions. Today, I put this expertise at the service of the hotel sector, more particularly in the management of seminars and banquets.
My career began as a receptionist, a role that allowed me to develop a complete mastery of customer management and professional relations. This baggage then propelled me towards a commercial post, today occupied within the Oceania Hotels Group, which offered me the opportunity to develop and strengthen my skills within a dynamic organization.
