In this interview, we have the pleasure of talking with Mrs. Amélie Sangil, Sales Manager of Manor of Gressy, a iconic address business tourism in the heart of Greater Roissy. 1- Your career path reflects a great evolution and experience in high-end hotels and in the sales department. What aspects of your current role do you find most stimulating?

What motivates me above all, This is my team management. It is made up of two sales representatives and two work-study students, one in sales and the other in communications. I really appreciate being able to support them in their development and see their progress daily.

I also enjoy the contact with our customers. Their satisfaction is a priority for me, and I take great pleasure in anticipate their expectations in order to offer them an optimal experience.

Finally, another challenge that I find particularly stimulating is the development of a new customer mix at the Manoir de Gressy. One of the objectives is to seek new MICE clients by diversifying our offers. We have also set up events, such as open days, for our wedding and banquet customers. In addition, we want to develop the leisure clientele by offering tailored special offers. This challenge particularly motivates me and stimulates my creativity on a daily basis.

2- Le Manoir de Gressy, managed by HPVA Hotels Management, is a historic property that combines XNUMXth-century charm with modern services. How does this duality, as well as the group’s expertise, influence the MICE experience you offer your clients?

The Manor of Gressy offers a unique setting where authenticity and comfort blend together. Our customers enjoy the charm of a building from the Seventeenth century while having infrastructures adapted to seminars and professional events. The expertise of the HPVA Hotels Group allows us to guarantee a level of service and to innovate to offer experiences that are always more personalized and impactful.

3- What experiences and activities do you offer to companies to strengthen team cohesion?

We work with specialist service providers to offer a wide range of team building activities, tailored to the needs of companies :

  • Sports : outdoor challenges, Olympics, escape games.
  • Immersive : murder party, role playing games.
  • Culinary : cooking workshops, tastings, gourmet challenges.

The goal is to deliver experiences that strengthen team cohesion and encourage exchange in a friendly and inspiring setting. We are fortunate to be able to offer our clients the possibility of carrying out their activities in Gressy Park, which offers vast green spaces.

4- Can you explain to us how your commitment to sustainable development is translated concretely into the organization of professional events?

We have implemented several actions to reduce our environmental impact:

  • We use energy sources non-polluting.
  • We create a local cuisine composed of fresh products from local producers and promoting short supply chains.
  • We use recyclable materials.
  • Trois charging ports for electric cars are available.

We are constantly thinking about how to go even further in our approach and raise awareness among our customers about a more eco-responsible approach.

5- The Greater Roissy region is experiencing strong momentum in the MICE sector. How do you perceive the evolution of business tourism in the region?

Thanks to its proximity to airports and major transport routes, the Grand Roissy is a real strategic hub for French and international companies. There is a growing demand for events that combine work and local experiencesOur role is to support this evolution by offering ever more innovative and immersive formats.
