A positive assessment for Greater Roissy
The comparison of hotel performance in Grand Roissy between January 2023 and January 2025 shows generally stable activity, with upward trends.
The occupancy rate shows an increase of +1,1 points between January 2023 and January 2025. This increase is mainly driven by hotels 4☆ and RT 5☆, which recorded the only significant increase in the occupancy rate with + 6,5 points. On the other hand, the segments super-economical (1☆ and 2☆) and economical (3☆) continue to experience respective declines of -3,9 points et -4,6 points.
💸 An increase in the average price
The average price increases by + 2,1 % to reach 100,1 € HT in January 2025. This trend concerns all segments, with variations ranging from +1,5% to +2,1%. For hotels 4☆ and RT 5☆, the level remains equivalent to that of January 2023.
By area:
- (I.e. Villepinte records a drop of -4,3%, with an average price of 77,2 € HT, the lowest in Greater Roissy.

Overall, January 2025 shows better levels than January 2023, confirming the resumption of hotel activity in Greater Roissy. While some disparities persist between segments and areas, the general trend remains encouraging, particularly for hotels 4☆ and RT 5☆ and the Airport and Villepinte sectors.
