Le Thursday May 22 2025, on the occasion of the International Day for Biodiversity, we attended a beautiful event organized at the House of the Environment and Territories at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (MET).
An event open to schoolchildren in the area
This event brought together many committed partners around a common objective: raise awareness among young and old about the richness of biodiversity and the importance of preserving it.
The event was open to schools. 110 students from the colleges of Mitry Mory et Garges-lès-gonesse were present. A great opportunity for them to discover ecological themes in a concrete, immersive… and fun way!

A program rich in discoveries
From 9 a.m., the students were able to participate in a morning of fun and educational workshopsThe activities offered allowed us to address numerous subjects such as nature, fauna, flora and to discover the biodiversity of airports.

A morning committed to tomorrow
This event allowed to promote the many sustainable development actions led by the MET of Paris-CDG airport, while offering young people a practical and fun approach to environmental issues. A very wonderful initiative, rooted in our region, which we are delighted to have been able to relay!
