1- Your career path between France and internationally is rich: what made you want to work in the hotel industry?

I was drawn to professions related to people from a very early age. The contact with clients from different cultures, the sense of service, the sharing and the possibility of creating a positive experience made me want to develop in this sector. Working between France and abroad has allowed me to broaden my perspective on the profession., to become more open-minded and adapt my approach to welcoming guests according to their expectations
each traveler.

2- As Head Receptionist, what are your daily pillars?

My pillars are First and foremost, the quality of the welcome and team cohesion. I ensure that every guest feels comfortable from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay. Internally, communication, empathy, and kindness are essential to guaranteeing an engaged and confident team. Finally, I make sure that training is provided in order to professionally stimulate the teams around me.

3- How do you apply the standards Hampton by Hilton catering to business travellers, while maintaining a local touch in Roissy-en-France?

The Hampton standards are a solid foundation particularly in terms of service consistency, simplicity, and efficiency. Training related to standards is required, and we strive to follow it to the best of our ability. We add a local touch through our personalized recommendations such as nearby restaurants or activities. Highlighting the local area is a warm and more human approach that appeals to our customers.

4- Your daily CSR approach: what concrete actions or steps do you put in place?

The CSR approach translates into simple but concrete actions: raising awareness among teams about eco-friendly practices and limiting waste. We also encourage guests to adopt responsible practices during their stay, such as turning off the lights/TV and they also have the option to decline housekeeping services during their stay.

5- For a group attending a residential seminar at the Hampton by Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, what activity or location in the Grand Roissy area would you recommend?

We always try to offer a combination of activities, for example, un Escape Game or flight simulator followed by dinner at Aéroville shopping center and a walk in the parks near the hotel, which offers a good balance between team building, relaxation and local discovery.
