What is Group Aesthetic Gymnastics?

Group Aesthetic Gymnastics (GEG) is a sport born from the fusion of gymnastics, dance, art, and acrobatics. Teams of gymnasts interpret a musical theme through fluid, synchronized, and expressive movements. Each routine thus becomes a true theatrical performance where emotion is at the heart of the show.

Growing rapidly internationally, GEG now has 9 clubs, 48 teams and nearly 300 gymnasts in France, under the banner of the AFCGE — the French Association of Group Aesthetic Gymnastics Clubs.
