For its 2nd edition, the Éclats de Cirque festival takes over eight municipalities in Roissy Pays de France from May 29 to June 21, 2026. Six shows, under big tops, in yurts and outdoors, celebrate contemporary circus in all its diversity.
A festival rooted in the local areas
Organized by the Roissy Pays de France urban community in partnership with the CirquÉvolution association, Éclats de Cirque returns for its second edition. The ambition: to bring contemporary circus to the heart of cities, where residents live and interact daily.
The festival takes place across eight towns: Ecouen, Mitry-Mory, Fosses, Gonesse, Goussainville, Marly-la-Ville, Villeparisis and Villiers-le-Bel. To facilitate travel, shuttle buses are provided between the towns hosting the shows in the big top and in the yurt.
Six companies, three game formats
Under a yurt and under a big top
Two immersive shows plunge the spectator into acrobatic and offbeat worlds. The towns of Mitry-Mory and Ecouen are the headliners, with performances included in the cultural programs of all partner municipalities.
In public spaces
Four open-air shows take over the squares, streets, and forecourts of the towns. Risk-taking, agility, and music combine to surprise all generations and bring a touch of whimsy to everyday places.

CirquÉvolution, a network at the heart of the project
An essential partner of the festival, the CirquÉvolution association was founded in 2015. It brings together twenty-five cultural structures from Île-de-France and Oise, mostly city theatres, which pool skills, human and financial resources to keep contemporary circus alive in the territories.
