This summer, let yourself be transported back to the Renaissance era. with " A dramatic turn of events! The fate of a duchess ", the company's new show Leonardo & Company presented on the north terrace of the Écouen Castle.

A plot set in the heart of the Renaissance

The story immerses us in... Laurence de Clermont-Montoison, wife of Henri I de Montmorency. Living in the prestigious Écouen CastleThe young duchess leads a comfortable but monotonous life. The arrival of a troupe of actors in the town seems to be the perfect opportunity to break with her daily routine.

But behind the costumes and smiles lie well-kept secrets. Amidst intrigue, revelations, and thirst for revenge, events quickly take an unexpected turn. Who is the real target? Will the festivities and entertainment be enough to keep the duchess amused?

A large-format show

For this new creation, Leonardo & Compagnie is taking over the north terrace of the Château d'Écouen, in partnership with the National Renaissance MuseumThis open-air performance allows you to fully enjoy the beauty of the estate while following the adventures of the duchess and her entourage.

More than 60 artists actors, dancers, fencers and extras are gathered together. Sword fights, dances, festive scenes and dramatic twists This immersive adventure, designed for the whole family, is punctuated by a series of events. The audience is invited to experience a true journey through time, enhanced by meticulous costumes and spectacular staging.
