The Golf International de Roissy has finally opened its doors, this Friday, September 18! And with him, his restaurant.
The establishment was thought of as a bistronomic restaurant. Michel Hache has been chosen as chef. He previously worked for 17 years at 16 Haussman, the gourmet restaurant of the Ambassador Hotel.
The restaurant offers classic cuisine, made with fresh, seasonal produce.
Given the context, no official inauguration was organized on Friday September 18th.
However, there was already many people at lunchtime at the Golf de Roissy restaurant.
A large terrace gives access to a 180 degree view of a green and natural panorama : Aviation woods, lakes (which collect rainwater) and the hilly terrain of the course.
Golf seemed to have already found its audience. Indeed, golfers were already waiting for the start on hole n ° 1, while others were training on putting. Some have already completed the entire course to hole n ° 18. The entire route takes 4 hours, according to some. The more athletic will have achieved it on foot only, with their golf cart on wheels. The others chose to return to the entrance to the golf course by electric cart, showing the image of Épinal du golf.
