Accessibility level
The website https://www.grand-roissy-tourisme.com/ is not in compliance with the general framework for improving accessibility (RGAA) due to the audit not having been carried out to date. The compliance audit is scheduled for completion at the end of 2026.
The observation
An online presence is essential for staying informed, planning leisure activities, organizing travel, and accessing culture and services.
The Grand Roissy Tourist Office website provides tools to improve the user experience, including a display adaptation solution that allows users to personalize their browsing experience according to their individual needs.
However, despite the efforts made, the site is currently not not compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA).
What is digital accessibility?
Digital accessibility means making online services accessible to everyone, especially people with disabilities.
It is based on four main principles:
- Perceptible : the content must be visible or audible to everyone (e.g., text alternatives to images)
- Usable Navigation should be simple and accessible, especially via keyboard
- Understandable The information must be clear and predictable.
- Robust The site must be compatible with current and future technologies, including assistive tools.
Compliance status
To date, no full RGAA compliance audit has yet been carried out.
Therefore, the site is considered improper.
Action plan
The Grand Roissy Tourist Office is committed to a process of continuous improvement of digital accessibility.
In this capacity:
- Un accessibility audit will be implemented soon
- The results will help identify areas of non-compliance.
- Un progressive compliance plan will be deployed
Navigation aids

Measures taken to make this website more accessible:
The General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA) is intended to define, in France, the technical modalities for the accessibility of online services.
The RGAA stems from the accessibility obligation imposed by article 47 of the law of February 11, 2005 for "equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of disabled persons", the implementing decree of which was published in the Official Journal on May 16, 2009.
The legal obligation requires the completion of accessibility audits in order to then publish declarations and initiate corrective projects.
We have been informed of this. Therefore, we are putting in place the organization for this audit.
As part of the process to make this website more accessible, adjustments have been made, particularly during the website design phase. Our process also includes accessibility modifications due to assistive technology. LYSIOBelow you will find a complete list of accessibility changes and features.
