Discover Écouen through the painters who worked in this town in the XNUMXth century. Throughout the course you will find explanations on lecterns.

The first lectern (lectern N°1) Paul Soyer (1823-1903) is behind the tourist information office.

On the right, at the corner of rue Emmanuel Duverger, the double lectern (lectern No. 2): Postcard of the Auberge "A la descendante du bois" shows us, which existed at the beginning of the XNUMXth century, an inn .

Place Levachet lectern N°2bis Auguste Schenck (1821-1900).

Above the square, the lectern N ° 3 Emmanuel Duverger (1821-1898) and André Dargelas (1828-1906) invites you to discover the beautiful house with the imposing glass roof behind which Théophile-Emmanuel Duverger produced many paintings.
A few steps further, at number 10 rue Jacques Yvon housed Félix Gardon (lectern N ° 4 Félix Gardon (1852-1921)).

For the bravest, we invite you to go down rue de la Grande Fontaine as well as rue du Four Gaudon, until n ° 3, in order to reach lectern N ° 13 Bis Jean-Baptiste Corot (1796-1875) .

At number 10 rue Paul Lorillon, a lectern (N°14 Pierre Edouard Frère (1819-1886)) represents a painting by Pierre Edouard Frère.
