3, 2, 1… Run!

Combine flower park and Roissy

Au Roissy town hall park, remember to look up during your run! The so-called park of the 5 continents brings together plant species from all over the world. At the turn of a green space or a flowery alley, the architectural heritage of Roissy-en-France unfolds. Right in the middle of the park, an old private house from the 30s: this is the town hall, built with stones from the old Roissy castle! You discover a little further the remains of this building. You can even observe the landing gear of the Concorde. This is where it is kept. A royal race!

Do you still have it under your feet? Extend your run in the park and take advantage of the fitness trail for a sporting outing that couldn't be more complete!

Swing and running at Golf International de Roissy

At Roissy, it's no coincidence that running rhymes with swing! At the heart of the Green Valley, enjoy the circuits and walks of the Roissy International Golf. What to take a breath of fresh air (and nature!).

Want to take a breather? Here, lovers of fauna and flora can take a well-deserved break, while discovering the ecological richness of the site thanks to various educational trails. And to end this running session in style, what could be better than an 18-hole course green ?

The Château d'Écouen estate and its majestic forest

Direction the forest ofÉCOUEN, for a pedestrian race between luxury, calm and volupied ! In all seasons, the domain of Écouen castle is the favorite playground for passionate runners.

Between lime trees, chestnut trees, beeches, maples and hollies, set off on the forest paths and enjoy the Olympian calm that reigns there. This one is disturbed only by the whistling of birds, or the sound of chestnut tree bugs hitting to the rhythm of your steps. Isn't life beautiful?

The Oise – Pays de France Regional Nature Park, a veritable green lung

One thing is certain: you will need more than one running outing to discover all the treasures of Oise Regional Nature Park - Pays de France

As you go shopping, the heritage of the Merovingians and Capetians parades before your eyes, between abbeys, castles and the royal city. A whole heritage to explore!

Outdoor enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for in this green lung, in particular thanks to three impressive forests (Ermenonville, Halatte, and Chantilly), sandy moors, marshes, or green hillsides... A whole program at the Park! And that was without counting the Pays de France hiking trail, or the paths from hamlets to washhouses on the side of Luzarches.

A bucolic walk on the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq to Parc Macquer

For rejuvenating running, head Gressy, a small green setting a few kilometers from Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport. On the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq, take the path that passes through the trees, following the stream.

Soon, your race takes you to the pond of Gressy, in the heart of Parc Macquer. Here, take the time to admire the reflection of the trees in the water, but also the surrounding wildlife. Maybe the ducks will join you for your last few meters?

An unusual excursion to the Sausset Departmental Park

10 minutes from Roissy, Sausset Departmental Park is an amazing piece of nature!

Here, those who cannot do without their 4-legged furry ball can come and run with it. And for fun: no less than six caniparcs have been created! The opportunity to have a good time and everyone can stretch their legs (literally!).

You are quietly running when, suddenly, an atypical landscape catches your eye: vineyards. Yes, the park is located on former market gardening land, and has kept this agricultural heritage. It also celebrates the Fête de la Vigne on the 1st Sunday of October and its wine has even been recognized as IGP for its Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. A tasting offered during the workshops comes at the right time after your run!
