Roissy Craft House

Located at the same address as the Grand Charles, come and discover the Roissy Craft House without further delay. The latter brews its Roisséenne beer or bottles its cider and lemonades. Thus, the Limonaderie is composed of 3 parts: a vat room for the storage of the different cider juices, a brewery allowing in particular to produce local beers but also craft sodas and finally a bottling and barreling line used for all the drinks.

The team is made up of a historic cellar master, who has been in the business for more than 30 years and has been in charge of the products since the launch, a brewer, and a site manager supported by 2 technicians.
