▶ 12:00 p.m.: Visit to the Orville Brewery
Two brothers are at the origin of this project. Farmers, they grow barley on the family farm to produce the pilsner malt necessary for brewing different beers. The Orville Brewery is developing a short production circuit “from the ground to the bottle”. Find out how this local beer is produced and end the visit with a tasting.
▶ 13:00 p.m.: Lunch at the Brasserie d’Orville
3-course lunch with 1/2 draft beer and hot drink at the Brasserie d'Orville.
▶ 14:30 p.m.: Visit to the ARCHÉA museum
Within a contemporary building, ARCHÉA offers to discover history through the results of archaeological research carried out over 40 years in the north-east of Île-de-France. Nearly 750 objects are presented, from prehistory to modern times, from 87 archaeological sites. Digital projections, reconstructions, manipulatives and models help to better understand this story. The visits consist of a presentation of this exhibition by a museum mediator, who always adapts to his audience, both beginners and specialists.

The ARCHÉA Museum is open to groups from Tuesday afternoon to Sunday, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 13:30 p.m. to 18 p.m.
