“I have always lived in Roissy. My mom worked in this bakery then the bakery was bought by Mr and Mrs Gauthier who were here before me. I went back to learning with them, I was their first pastry apprentice because I was originally a pastry chef. And then after I left and I had two bakeries: one in Cergy and the other in Mantes-la-Jolie. I bought this bakery 3 and a half years ago from my apprenticeship bosses. »
