Bee Flow is a small structure created in 2011 located in the Oise Pays de France Regional Natural Park, in the Val d'Oise, in Mareil-en-France.
Faced with rampant industrialization, Frantz and Olivier, both co-managers of Bee Flow are beekeepers and invested in the beekeeping environment at the level of the Apicultural Syndicate of Val d'Oise (SAVO) and the Apicultural Health Defense Association of Ile -de-France (GDSAIF).
Convinced that bees are not the only victims of our modern world, Bee Flow donates 1% of its annual turnover to the League for the Protection of Birds (LPO).
Faced with the urgency of mobilizing to protect our environment, Frantz and Olivier suggest to those who want to act for bees, but who do not necessarily have the means (time, space, etc.) to sponsor bees and create a link by offering tours. In return for the sponsorship, a certain amount of honey is given to the sponsors.
In order to diversify their offer, they also offer for sale their honey from "Pays de France" which is of course 100% natural, produced with the greatest respect for this noble product.
Even if the products cannot yet meet the organic label, they try to respect as many criteria as possible defining this label. To qualify for the production of ORGANIC honey, it is at least necessary that within a radius of 3 km around all the apiaries, there are no treated crop fields, which in the Val d'Oise is very complicated.
Nevertheless, it is guaranteed that the lime blossom honey produced in the heart of the Chantilly forest is produced with the nectar of lime blossom flowers, without the bees having gone to forage in the treated fields.
