A passionate arborist for over 30 years, Bernard cultivates an old-style orchard near Gressy-en-France in Seine-et-Marne.
From the most classic to the oldest varieties, all blend in harmony in this orchard where only Bernard knows how to find them! In summer, Bernard also offers quetsches.
In the last trellised orchard in Île-de-France, Bernard grows 12 varieties of knife apples which mature at different times of the year. Thus, he offers you apples throughout the year.
