La Fraiseraie du Plessis is located in Le Plessis-Gassot, not far from the Oise-Pays de France Regional Natural Park, in the Val-d'Oise. The family farm managed by Guillaume and Nathalie MORET.
Production is divided into three activities: field crops of wheat, sugar beets, corn and rapeseed, as well as picking market gardening. And since 2011, the farm has diversified to produce several varieties of strawberries on 2000 m².
In order to satisfy busy consumers wishing to eat healthy and local products, Guillaume and Nathalie have installed a fruit and vegetable vending machine. It is open for the strawberry season (May-June) then at the end of summer for vegetables.
