Le Accor Group, world leader in augmented hospitality and AXIS, the world leader in insurance, announced on May 15 the launch of a partnership offering medical assistance to customers of 5 Accor hotels present in 110 destinations worldwide.

This partnership will be officially launched in July 2020.

Concretely, it will allow Accor Group customers to benefit from medical offers from AXA Partners. Or, free access to medical teleconsultations as well as to AXA medical networks bringing together approved healthcare professionals. In addition, the hotel teams will be able to accompany their customers to the specialists and in their language. 

This partnership complements the health protocols already in place for the gradual reopening of Group hotels. These protocols are defined by the label ALLSAFE Cleanliness : this is a cleanliness and prevention label, created to integrate hygiene and cleanliness standards applied in all Accor Group hotels.

It should be noted that on the Grand Roissy, one room rented out of two is rented in a hotel of the Accor Group. In fact, most of the Accor Group's brands are present on our territory:

  • Roissypole: Pullman, Ibis, Ibis Styles, Mercure, Novotel;
