Sascha Rosski specifies that the entire Pentahotel team took advantage of the confinement period to prepare for the safe return of travelers. For that, the service offer has been completely redesigned as part of the device "Between Us".
Concretely, each client receives, upon arrival, a security kit (mask, gloves, disinfectant, etc.).
To replace the buffets, which are always closed, the hotel teams offer sealed snack bags which are placed in front of the bedroom door.
In addition, as part of the “Naked room” scheme, the rooms have been lightened to leave only what is strictly necessary, that is to say safe and hygienic items.
Customers are invited to respect social distancing, to favor stairs rather than elevators, to book in advance the gym or a table at the Pentalounge. To do this, a mobile application (Penta App) allows you to organize your stay by centralizing information and allowing customers to communicate directly with the teams. Also, cash payments are no longer possible at the Pentahotel.
The reception capacities of the seminar rooms have been reduced to respect the standards of physical distance.
All the Group's teams were supported by Rogier Braakman, CEO of Penta Hotels Worldwide, in setting up the “Between Us” system. The Between Us system was created in collaboration with international health and safety advisers, and in compliance with the regulations in force on the market.
