On October 5, the General Assembly of the Tourist Office took place at the Golf International de Roissy.
Due to the health crisis, the General Assembly had to be postponed to October.
The event took place in compliance with current health standards : distribution of hydroalcoholic gel, compulsory wearing of a mask and respect for physical distancing.
Swann Gueydan, Director of the Golf de International de Roissy, welcomed the 80 members in the largest of the meeting rooms overlooking the course.
Conduct of the General Assembly
On today's agenda of this General Assembly:
- Approval of the 2019 moral report presented by the Chairman;
- Approval of the 2019 activity report presented by the Director
- Approval of the 2019 financial report presented by the Treasurer;
- Validation of the auditor's financial report;
- Appointment of members of the Board of Directors;
- Divers questions.
The members voted unanimously on the various items on the agenda.
Election of the Bureau
The first decision of the newly appointed board of directors was toelect the members of the Bureau and confirm Denis Côme as President of the Tourist Office.
The members of the Bureau are:
- 3 ex officio members as Mayor: Michel THOMAS (Roissy-en-France); Catherine DELPRAT (Écouen); Michel MANSOUX (Luzarches);
- 3 vice-presidents each representing a municipality: Karine HENNION (Roissy-en-France), Jean-Michel MOTTA (Écouen), Christophe FOUQUET (Luzarches);
- 1 assistant treasurer: Claude MOTTA (Écouen);
- 1 assistant secretary: Marie-Françoise JOZEAU (Luzarches);
- 4 seats representing the business world: Aurélien GOMEZ (Air France), Laurence ARRIEU (ADP), Zahra RAHMOUNE-DALI (Campanile hotel), Frédéric Prame (Golden Tulip);
- 1 representative of the National Renaissance Museum: Thierry CRÉPIN-LEBLOND;
- 1 Treasurer: Jean-Pierre EMERY (Roissy-en-France);
- 1 Secretary: Christian LOCHIN (Roissy-en-France);
- 1 executive vice-president: Marc CHESNÉ (Roissy-en-France);
- 1 Chairman: Denis CÔME (Roissy-en-France).
The Tourist Office would like to thank the team of the sports complex of Roissy-en-France as well as the cultural center of the Orangerie, who provided invaluable help through the loan and installation of technical equipment, in addition to that lent by the Golf teams, in particular the additional microphones we needed to ensure that physical distances were respected during the Assembly General.
The employees of the Tourist Office also mobilized to prepare the room and welcome the members of the General Assembly.
Documentation on the Grand Roissy territory, as well as an Administrator's Guide, were distributed.
