Until now, as part of the fight against Covid-19, passengers had to have carried out an RT-PCR test before the day of boarding.

However, the results of the RT-PCR tests are not known for 48 or even 72 hours.

But antigenic tests allow a result to be obtained in just a few minutes.

That is why the Paris Aéroport group has now opened its own screening centers at Roissy and Orly.

These antigenic tests will be done only by appointment, After booking a slot on the doctolib.fr website.

Please note, however, that antigenic tests are not yet recognized in all countries.. Passengers are responsible for first obtaining information on the procedures applied in their country of destination: either with their airline or on the website of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.

It should be noted that, initially, antigenic tests lasting less than 72 hours will only be valid for passengers bound for overseas departments and communities.

Finally, it will take 2 hours to get its result : this period includes reception, sampling, analysis, administrative formalities and dissemination of the result, and will depend on the number of visitors to the laboratory.
