The company won first prize in the Customer Relations Podium in the Transport category!

This is great news for Air France. For the 6th year in a row, the company wins first prize in the Customer Relations ranking.

Indeed, in 2020. , BearingPoint and Kantar carried out a survey of customers and users of companies and administrations (from a sample of 4 people). For each company, the customers questioned are asked to give their opinion on 000 structuring criteria of the customer relationship.

Thus :

  • 44% of customers consider that the company has adapted very well to the context of the health crisis ;
  • The change in the customer confidence index is marked by significant scores with 57% of customers say they have maintained their confidence in the brand and 32%, increased confidence ;
  • Only 12% believe that their confidence in the company has deteriorated.
