All week long, our group manager Bousso Niass is present at the World Travel Market London, organized by Atout France. In physical form then in digital form, the latter will be able to meet professionals from the tourism sector in order to forge new relationships and discuss the plethora ofoffers from Greater Roissy.

The objectives of holding this event are, among others:

  • Meet professionals to increase programming and sales
  • Strengthen the reputation of the territory
  • Discover the offers of the Grand Roissy
  • Forge new relationships / partnerships

The interest of the World Travel Market is to be able to meet major British and international professionals for 3 days physically and then in digital format. The profiles of expected visitors are in particular travel agencies, tour operators and even wholesalers.

Official figures of the 2019 organizers:

First of all, 182 countries were present. Likewise, around 1,2 million business meetings were held and over 110 conference sessions were held. As a result, £ 3,75 billion in trade agreements were signed in the travel industry.

Finally, thanks to high profile events such as the Annual Leaders Luncheon and the World Tourism Organization & WTM Ministerial Summit, tourism ministers flocked to the event in droves. Thus, there was an increase of 77%, from 43 ministers in 2018 to 76.
