For many years now, the OT Grand Roissy has been available to the reception teams of hotels in the city.

Various actions have thus been implemented, in order to help receptionists in their reception missions and to reinforce their feeling of belonging to the territory.

In 2009, information sessions were organized during the shifts of the reception teams to provide them with additional information on the destination and its possibilities.

In 2014, the Tourist Office offered training sessions organized by the company Kwadrys for new receptionists to better understand the town, and allow them to better understand the needs of the various foreign customers who present themselves. 

In addition, each year, we organize an Eductour Express on nearby tourist sites (Domaine de Chantilly, Air and Space Museum, Archéa Museum, etc.) and will allow hoteliers to broaden their knowledge of the area. This year, this Eductour will be located at Château d'Ecouen, a new Roissy partner since the merger of the Uffizi. 

In 2017, the Office went even further by offering reception teams a Guide dedicated to hospitality issues and tourist information: The Guide for Pros.
This comprehensive guide, an essential tool for training any new receptionist and a mine of atypical information for staff already in place, lists the destination's offer through 5 themes:

  • Learn More
  • Stop over
  • Having fun
  • Ask about
  • To walk

In addition to the expertise of the establishment's staff, this "guide" collects and summarizes all the tourist information and services available on the destination in response to the expectations and needs of a varied clientele.

This Guide will also be regularly updated according to information, and the birth of new developments planned on Roissy, such as Golf or the renewal of the cultural season.
